CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry (or more)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. red seedless grapes
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
4 c. chicken, cooked & cubed
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. almonds or pecans, toasted

Mix mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients. Drain pineapple. Combine all ingredients. Mix in mayonnaise mixture. Chill for several hours. Serves 8.
