1 boiled chicken, cut up or use canned chicken
3 or 4 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. pecan halves, toasted
1 sm. jar mushrooms, pieces and stems
Salt and pepper
Green grapes, halved
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice

Put all ingredients in bowl. Mix in dressing. Sprinkle bacon on top. Serve on lettuce bed.
