3 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. chopped pecans

Dash nutmeg

1 9" unbaked pie shell

In saucepan bring honey to boil. Quickly beat eggs into honey. Add butter, vanilla, pecans and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
