PINEAPPLE TOPPING 
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Boil together until thick and stir to avoid burning. Add butter, lemon juice, and yellow food coloring at your own judgment.

Good on angel food cake or a yellow loaf cake, topped with a spoon of Cool Whip, also.
