PINEAPPLE CHEESE TOPPED PIE 
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Cheese topping:

1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix pineapple, sugar and cornstarch in pan. Cook until thick. Pour in baked 9 inch pie crust.

For topping:

Combine cheese, sugar and flour. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Crumble on top of pie. Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until top is light brown.
