PEACH COBBLER | |
1 lg. can peaches 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk Drain fruit (put aside juice). Cream butter, sugar; alternately dry ingredients and milk. Pour into greased square pan (small). Lay peaches on top in rows. Pour juice over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or lightly golden. |
