CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
20 oz. pkg. broccoli
1 c. seasoned croutons
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

TOPPING:

1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 c. croutons

Cook broccoli and drain. Place in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Add chicken and croutons. Mix soup and sour cream together. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Top with cheese and croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly.
