MICHIGAN ENGLISH WALNUT BROCCOLI 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. milk
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. herb flavored croutons
2/3 c. walnuts, chopped
4 tsp. flour
2/3 c. water
6 tbsp. butter
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped

Prepare broccoli, according to directions on package. Drain and turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt the 1/2 cup butter in a heavy skillet over low heat. Blend in flour and bouillon cubes. Stir in milk gradually, stirring constantly. Pour over broccoli. Combine water and remaining butter. Heat, then pour over croutons. Toss lightly, add nuts and add to casserole, mix lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
