1 roll peanut butter cookie dough (from store dairy case)
1 bag miniature peanut butter cups

Cut roll into nine 1 inch slices. Cut each slice into 4 pieces and place in miniature cupcake tins (ungreased).

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minute.

Remove from oven and PROMPTLY insert one peanut butter cup into center of each cookie. Allow cookies to cool a short time before removing from tins.

NOTE: Be sure to unwrap peanut butter cups before placing cookies in oven. You won't have time later! Makes 36 cookies.
