MANGO BREAD 
Cream until light and fluffy:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Blend in:

1 1/2 c. mangoes, chopped
1 tsp. lime juice
1/3 c. nuts, finely chopped

Bake in 325 degree oven 1 hour or until bread pulls from sides.
