MANGO BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 whole mango
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs. Stir in dry ingredients, mango and lime. Mix all together. Add nuts. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer, until done. Do not cut until the second day.
