FAVORITE CORN RELISH - CANNING 
2 qts. corn
1 c. green sweet pepper
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. ground mustard
2 tbsp. salt
1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. chopped cabbage
1 c. sweet red pepper
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 c. water

Boil corn 5 minutes. Cold dip. Cut from cob. Measure, chop and measure cabbage and peppers. Chop onions. Combine ingredients and simmer 20 minutes (more salt and sugar may be added if desired). Pack into hot jars. Seal at once.
