FESTIVE CORN BAKE 
1 (#2) can cream style corn
1 (#2) can whole kernel corn
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. crushed crackers
1 c. grated cheese (sharp is best)
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
Red or black pepper to taste

Combine as listed. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set and lightly browned in a greased casserole.
