COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES 
4 eggs
1/3 c. milk or light cream
16 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour, all-purpose or whole wheat
1 tsp. baking powder

Put all ingredients into blender container. Blend until bubbly, a few seconds. Pour desired amounts onto greased griddle. Bake until brown, turning once. Makes 10 to 12 pancakes.
