BLUEBERRY COTTAGE CHEESE
PANCAKES
 
2 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon
3/4-1 c. flour

BLUEBERRY SAUCE:

2 c. blueberries
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar

Blend together pancake ingredients and cook on a griddle or skillet. Stir together berries, cornstarch and sugar. Boil and remove from heat. Serve over pancakes. Top with sour cream on top of pancake.
