CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 c. green chili
2 c. cheese
1 c. enchilada sauce
1 c. cream of chicken soup
Sm. can Pet milk
2 c. chicken broth
1 chicken, boiled and boned
1/4 c. sherry
1 onion

Combine and heat. Saute chicken and onion, place tortilla in layers, chicken, chili, onion, cheese. Repeat and cover with sauce. Let set for 1 day. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
