CRAB CASSEROLE SUPREME | |
4 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. finely chopped onions 4 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk 2 tbsp. parsley, fresh, chopped 2 tbsp. sherry 1 c. bread cubes 1 c. crabmeat 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. cayenne 1/2 tsp. Nature's Seasonings Melt butter and saute onions. Add flour to make a paste. Add milk and stir until thickened. Take off stove. Add sherry, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne and seasonings and crabmeat and stir. Cut up bread into cubes. Put 3/4 cup into crab mixture and stir. Put the remaining cubes on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
