KEVIN'S SALMON FETTUCINI 
5 cloves garlic, peeled & minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 c. half & half
Sour cream
Pinch sweet basil
Salt & pepper
1 cube Frigo Parmesan cheese, grated
3 c. flaked salmon
1 pkg. fettucini, cooked

Saute garlic in oil until limp; add 1 cup half & half, basil, salt and pepper. Add 2-3 tablespoons sour cream and half grated Parmesan cheese. Combine the cooked fettucini with sauce. Add flaked salmon which has been slightly warmed in the microwave. Stir gently. Add rest of half & half and more sour cream is desired. Top each serving with Parmesan cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
