PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
SAUCE:

4 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. celery seed (optional)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar

PORCUPINES:

1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 lb. lean ground beef
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients for sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Combine ingredients for porcupines and mix well. Form into balls about 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Place in baking dish, pour sauce over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
