CABBAGE - TOMATO SKILLET 
4 slices bacon
4 c. chopped cabbage
2 med. onions, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to drippings in skillet; cook over medium heat, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon. Yield: 6 servings.
