HUNGARIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 stick butter
3 lbs. cut-up chicken
Paprika
1 sm. head cabbage, core and cut into 1/2 inch slices
Salt and pepper
2 apples, sliced and cored
2 tsp. caraway seed
1 tsp. sugar
Med. onion

Melt butter in skillet. Dust chicken lightly with paprika. Brown chicken on both sides over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat and cook about 30 minutes. Place cabbage in greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until tender.

Remove from oven, uncover and arrange 2 apples, medium onion, sliced, caraway and sugar. Place chicken on top, cover. Bake 25-30 minutes until tender.
