MOSTACCIOLI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat, green pepper and onion. Cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings.

In a 2-quart casserole, layer noodles, meat sauce and Velveeta. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I double recipe for a crowd and put in 9x12 inch dish.
