MOSTACCIOLI CASSEROLE 
SAUCE:

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 chopped green pepper
4 c. V-8 juice
1 lb. can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

OTHER:

1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) box mostaccioli
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) grated Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat, add green pepper and saute. Stir in rest of sauce ingredients and simmer uncovered 1 - 1 1/2 hours. When sauce is almost ready, cook noodles. Place in greased 13x9 pan. Pour sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then Mozzarella. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles. (Sauce freezes well.)
