BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 thick cut pork chops
1/4 c. flour
1 beaten egg
Corn flake crumbs

Season chops with salt and pepper. Dip in flour and beaten egg, then in corn flake crumbs. Bake in well-buttered baking dish for 45 minutes in 300 degree oven. Turn once after 30 minutes of baking.
