ONION-BAKED PORK CHOPS 
1 env. Lipton golden onion soup mix
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
2 eggs, well beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine golden onion soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then into bread crumb mixture, coated well. Place in lightly greased large shallow baking pan and drizzle, if desired, with melted butter. Bake, turning once, one hour or until chops are tender.
