ONION BAKED PORK CHOPS 
1 envelope onion soup mix
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
8 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
2 eggs, well beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine onion soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased large shallow baking pan and drizzle, if desired, with melted butter. Bake, turning once, 1 hour or until chops are tender.
