ONION - BAKED PORK CHOPS 
1 env. onion soup mix
2 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. plain bread crumbs
8 pork chops, 1/2" thick

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in eggs, then soup mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased large shallow pan and drizzle if desired with butter. BAke turning once, 1 hour or until tender. Makes 8 servings.
