BAKED PORK CHOPS AND CORN 
4 pork chops, 1 inch
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (12 oz.) whole kernal corn
1 c. coarse bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Season chops and brown on both sides in little or no fat.

Combine remaining ingredients, and place under chops.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
