CRISP MUSTARD-BAKED PORK CHOPS
2 slices white bread
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
4 (1 inch) thick pork chops
Mustard (of your choice) (Dijon, salad, horseradish)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make the bread into crumbs in a food processor. Melt the butter. Combine the bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Stir in butter. Coat both sides of the chops with mustard. Put in a shallow roasting pan. Distribute crumb mixture over chops and pat lightly so it clings. Bake until browned, about 30 minutes.
