CRISP MUSTARD BAKED PORK CHOPS 
Bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper
4 (1") pork chops
2 tbsp. mustard

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter. Combine with bread crumbs and 1/2 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Coat both sides of chops with mustard. Put in shallow baking pan. Distribute crumb mixture over chops and pat lightly so it clings. Bake until browned, about 30 minutes.
