LEMON JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. drained pineapple (save juice)
2 bananas, sliced
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Mix Jello according to package directions. Add pineapple, bananas and miniature marshmallows. Pour in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill until firm.

2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. Cool Whip
Grated cheese
Nuts

In top of double boiler, mix eggs, butter, flour and sugar. Add reserved pineapple juice. Cook until thick. When cool fold in Cool Whip. Spread over firm Jello. Top with grated cheese and nuts.
