3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour FILLING: 12 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. lemon juice Dough: Soften the cream cheese and butter. Cream until light and fluffy. Blend in the flour and mix well. Chill dough at least 1 hour. After the dough has chilled, shape it into 36 pieces the size of a walnut. Press into greased tassie pans (mini-muffin pans). Filling: Cream together all filling ingredients and fill the dough shells. Bake in 400 degree oven 20 minutes or until golden. Yield 3 dozen. |
