CHEESE FILLED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 lg. boneless breast
4 lg. chunks swiss cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs, fine
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
3/4 tsp.. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter

Pound breast meat until flat. Place chunk of cheese in center of each breast, folding meat over cheese. Dip in egg beaten with water, then in crumbs seasoned with salt and paprika. Place on buttered baking dish and top with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 4.
