CHICKEN BREASTS AND CHEESE AND
CHILIS
 
4 chicken breasts portions
2 tbsp. water
Salt and pepper

B:
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar
1/2 can (sm.) Mexican chilis

A. In microwave pyrex dish put 4 chicken breasts, salt and pepper and 2 tbsp. water and cover with saran wrap 5 minutes. Check by cutting through, 2 more minutes if not done.

B. Place above in broiler pan. Cover with sour cream, cheese and chili. Broil 2 minutes until bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
