CHICKEN, CHILI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
6 flour tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced green chilis
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 onion, diced
Grated Cheddar cheese

Tear tortillas into pieces. Mix soups, chilis, onion and spices together. Grate cheese. Layer ingredients in large casserole dish. 1/2 tortilla pieces, 1/2 of soup mixture, 1/2 of chicken, 1/2 cheese. Then repeat. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
