CHICKEN AND CHILIES CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. cooked chicken or 5 oz. can boned, well drained and finely chopped
2 - 3 tbsp. green chilies, well drained and chopped
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. nuts, coarsely chopped

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts; mix well. Shape into a ball; roll in nuts to coat. Chill. Serve with crackers or crisp vegetables.
