6 or 7 chicken breast, split. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over chicken. Place in 9x13 inch pan in 400 degree oven fat side down (or remove skin, whatever is your preference). Make sure both sides are covered with melted butter and bake 15 minutes.
Mix 2 cans of Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup with 1/2 cup dry white wine. Mix on stove until smooth and hot. Drain most of the butter and fat off of the chicken and pour cheese sauce over. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
This is good served with rice and a vegetable/salad for a nice dinner for guests as you can prepare most everything ahead of time.
