PASTA PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. cooked elbow or fusilli macaroni
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 sm. can French fried onions
Assorted toppings: chopped green pepper, onion, mushrooms, olives
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef; drain. Stir in sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Combine hot pasta, eggs, 1/2 can onions and Parmesan cheese. Spread pasta mixture over greased 12" pizza pan or large pie plate. Top with ground beef and desired topping. Bake, covered 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 can onions. Bake, uncovered 3 minutes or until onions are golden.
