PEPPERONI-N-CHEESE PIZZA PASTA 
2 tbsp. oil
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
1 lg. red pepper, cut in strips
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 of a 16 oz. pkg. of bow tie pasta
4 oz. sliced pepperoni
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut in cubes
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. tomato, diced
Onion

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook onion, pepper and garlic in oil until tender crisp. Add stewed tomatoes and basil, bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook pasta and add to skillet then stir in pepperoni, salt and pepper and diced tomato. Cook 1 or 2 minutes until heated. Add cheese and mix well. Yield: 4.
