PEPPERONI CHEESE LOAF 
1 lb. loaf frozen bread
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
2 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano

Thaw dough and allow to rise according to package directions. Divide dough into halves. Roll half of dough into 10 inch circle on lightly floured surface.

Combine egg and Parmesan, spread half of mixture on each 10 inch round of dough. Leave 1/2 inch margin at edges without egg mixture. Use half of pepperonis on each circle of dough and also half of oregano for each loaf of bread. Roll up dough of each 10 inch half and seal edges. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 loaves. You may use different meats and cheeses to your taste.
