CHICKEN MICROWAVE DINNER 
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can French fried onion rings
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
3 whole chicken breasts, halved and skinned
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tsp. each salt and pepper

Melt butter in bowl add salt and pepper. Arrange chicken in 12 x 8 baking dish. Pour seasoned butter over it. Cover, microwave 5 minutes. Turn chicken over. Top with mushrooms, microwave 5 minutes until chicken is not pink. Top with onions and cheese. Microwave, uncovered 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
