GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE WITH CHEESE
AND MUSHROOMS
 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup milk
6 oz. French fried onions, divided
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans pieces and stems mushrooms, drained
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
3 (14 1/2 oz. ea.) cans French style green beans, drained

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl mix as follows: soups, milk, 2 oz. French fried onions, mushrooms, 1/2 of cheeses and 3 cans green beans. Mix well. Apply non-stick cooking spray to 3-quart casserole dish. Put in mixed items, level off top.

Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, put on remaining 4 oz. French fried onions, spread out remaining mozzarella and mild cheddar cheese. Bake in oven 5 to 7 minutes more or until cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
