CHINESE CHEWIES 
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 box light brown sugar
1 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. vnailla
2 1/4 c. flour

Do not use mixer; mix with fork. Mix eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, nuts and butter. Then add flour. It will be thick. Put in 14x16 inch pan. Grease well. Put in middle of pan, then press out to both ends of pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
