SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. cooked squash, drained
1 med. onion
1 carrot, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing Mix

Add butter to dressing and mix well. Divide in half. Mix 1/2 with other ingredients. Put in casserole. Spread other half on top. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
