CHOCOLATE MOUSSE MAGIC 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. strong coffee, hot
3/4 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. Rum (or Triple Sec)

Put everything in the blender and blend at high speed. Chill in individual cups. Top with rum flavored whipped cream and bits of orange peel. ENJOY. Serves 4.
