2 lbs. hamburger 2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. catsup 1/2 c. barbecue sauce 1 tbsp. cooking oil Make hamburger into desired size meatballs. Roll in flour. Cover bottom of frying pan with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Put floured meatballs in pan and let brown. In same saucepan, pour mixed vegetables, catsup, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce. After meatballs have browned, add to mixture in saucepan and let simmer for 45 minutes or until done. |
