BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and uncooked
2 c. cooked, regular rice
Slivered cashew nuts (optional)

Melt butter. Add onion and celery. Saute until onion is transparent. Combine soups, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth. Add soup mixture, broccoli and rice to onion mixture.

Mix lightly but thoroughly. Spoon mixture into buttered 2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, in preheated oven to 350 degrees about 35 minutes. Sprinkle top with cashew nuts, if desired. 6 servings.
