MOLDED CRAB SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. Miracle Whip mayonnaise
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Beat until smooth. Put in freezer until firm, about 15 minutes. Beat again until fluffy. Add 1 can crabmeat, 1/2 cup diced celery and 1 tablespoon grated onion.
