MEXICAN SALAD 
Fritos (sm.)
1 c. cooked rice
1 can chili, heated
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. lettuce, cut up
1 tomato, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8x8 sq. glass baking dish

Place one layer of Fritos in dish. Spread rice evenly over Fritos. Spread chili evenly over rice. Spread onion over chili; lettuce over onion, tomato over lettuce. Top with cheese, melt under broiler. Serve immediately.
