2 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
2 (3 oz.) peach Jello
4 c. boiling water

Mix together and stir until dissolved. Put into 13x9 pan and set overnight. Cut into cubes. Stir in 1 large can peaches (drained and cubed) and 1 small container Cool Whip.
